Katherine is an experienced and registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Katherine has experience working with adolescents and adults across educational and private settings in south-east Melbourne.​Katherine values a compassionate and empathic approach, incorporating her client's strengths to help them reach their goals. She aims to create a safe and secure space where clients can feel comfortable to discuss, collaborate and work upon challenges they are facing to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Katherine utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions with clients including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
